In our useing of led sign,we usually come across this problem,some customers request we put white led in the sign,we do as he requests,but sometimes they think we put the wrong color led inside the led sign we made for them,the follow we will tell you why this happen.That's because the white led,it made from the 1nGaN base stock and put transition material fluorescent powder,this kind of materials will express yellow light when it incentive by blue light.So it express a color of mix blue and yellow light together,in our naked eye ,it's white color.If you look at the white led's emission line you will know that it have two peak,because the real white light led light is nonexistent.This kind of lights are hard to make,because the characteristic of led is it only launch single wavelength of light color,and the real white light led need mix several color together.Because of the technology,including the even expensive export LED,also have this problem,the light point edge all a little slant,just how much.
White emitting diode have a little yellow light and purplish white light.The usually white light emitting diode's temperature usually in 6500k to 8000k range.
So if your led sign have the light color shading,don't be worried two much of it,it's very common,just the how much of the color shading is the best method the judge the quality of your sign.
